These are the systems we meet most often on the Slovak market. For each one we state how the data comes out and what you actually get from it.
OMEGA, ALFA plus
KROS- How we read it
- API connector sold as a paid add-on, otherwise managed XML and TXT import/export

- revenue and costs, open items, invoices, cost centres
The most widely used accounting software in Slovakia. Its interface is built for posting documents rather than for reading them, so the first thing we check is what your specific licence actually gives you.
POHODA
Stormware- How we read it
- mServer — XML over HTTP served by POHODA itself
- What you get from it
- invoices, receivables and payables, stock, bank, address book
Well documented and dependable. The catch is that POHODA has to run on a machine the integration can reach — in practice a dedicated server or virtual machine.
MRP-K/S
MRP-Company- How we read it
- SQL database, plus XML invoice export and DBF, XLS and TXT outputs
- What you get from it
- general ledger, invoices, stock, payroll output
No general-purpose API, but an honest SQL database underneath. We read through a dedicated account and predefined views.
ABRA Flexi
ABRA Software- How we read it
- full REST API, cloud or self-hosted
- What you get from it
- effectively the whole ledger, including accounting reports and VAT
Technically the most open system in this category. If you are still choosing a package, this is the cheapest one for us to connect to.
SuperFaktúra

Quick to connect. Useful as a secondary source when invoicing happens outside the main accounting system.

The interface is often a paid extra
In several Slovak packages the API is not part of the base licence. We check this at the very start so that a cost on your software vendor’s side does not surprise you at the end.
Database access needs consent
Where a system has no interface, we can read straight from the database. We always agree this with your software vendor so that you do not lose support. Nothing is ever modified — the account has read rights only.
Exports look cheap
Scheduled file exports are the fastest thing to launch and the most demanding thing to operate. That is why we always ship a completeness check with them — if an export fails to run, both you and we find out.
Closing periods rewrite the past
Accounting data gets corrected retrospectively. Our views expect that and recalculate history, so the dashboard never shows a different number from the one your accountant sees.
