Integrations · Payroll and HR

People are the biggest cost.
And the hardest to see.

Staff costs are the largest line in most companies and the only one a manager sees after the books are closed. We bring it into the company-wide view while keeping it well inside the limits of privacy.

Not personnel files.
Capacity and cost.

Individual salaries do not belong in a company-wide view. What belongs there is what a manager needs in order to decide: what the team costs, how many people are genuinely available, and whether a capacity problem is coming.

01

Staff cost per centre

Alongside what that centre delivers, rather than as an isolated figure from the payroll package.

02

Absence and availability

Holidays, sick leave and planned absences in the same view as team capacity.

03

Headcount and turnover

How the numbers move, joiners and leavers — as a trend, not a monthly file.

Slovak payroll
and HR packages.

Payroll systems are the most closed of all our sources — they are built to calculate precisely and file returns, not to share data. So here we more often go through managed exports and an agreement with the vendor.

OLYMP

KROS
XML / CSV / DBF
How we read it
managed exports and a link to OMEGA accounting
What you get from it
payroll costs, absences, headcount

Harder to read than accounting. For a company-wide view a monthly figure aggregated per cost centre is usually enough.

Humanet

HOUR
XML / CSV / DBF
How we read it
cloud service with strong imports; read access agreed with the vendor
What you get from it
payroll costs, attendance, headcount

A widely used Slovak cloud service. We handle the interface case by case and never promise a connection before it is confirmed.

Vema

Vema
XML / CSV / DBF
How we read it
partner integrations to attendance systems, Microsoft 365 and upstream platforms
What you get from it
headcount, payroll, attendance, recruitment

Often deployed in larger organisations alongside Money S4. Integrations exist and are handled as a project with the vendor.

Less data is
the better answer here.

Payroll and health-related data are among the most sensitive a company processes. Our approach is deliberately restrained.

We aggregate as early as possible

Where a total per cost centre is enough, we do not read individual records at all. No individual salary ever reaches the company-wide view.

Role decides the scope

A manager sees their team, a director sees company totals, HR sees detail under the permissions they already hold. The rules that apply in your HR system apply with us.

A reason for every field

If we cannot agree which decision a piece of data serves, we do not read it. That reduces both the risk and the cost of the project.

An audit trail

We record who opened which view. Not to police people, but so you can demonstrate how the data is handled.

Tell us which numbers
take you longest to find.

In the first consultation we go through your systems, establish what can actually be read from them, and propose the one view that saves you the most work.
